I have been trying to ‘live in the moment’ but I’ve been struggling with this…so much of me is focused on *what comes next*

next year
next month
next week
tomorrow

It occurred to me that the stage of my life’s play is happening in each moment. The practice, the rehearsal, the building of the set is all part of the play. Right now, I am on stage.
