I burned a bunch of my old journal/diary notherbooks. I felt such a sense of freedom and relief watching them burn. but also, sadness.
You know what going crazy feels like? falling asleep. Except you don’t go to sleep. I told my doc that & she shook her head LOL. Actually I didn’t ‘go crazy’ I just had a mere breakdown of the nerves back in February. Moving on from it sure feels good.
