What you need in a media kit to market your indie project:

-fact sheet about you, your qualifications and your business
-brochure and product description, or like in my case, also excerpts from your book
-photos of you and/or your project
-copies of articles already published about you, customer endorsements, ideas for future news stories on you
-your latest press release about your project
-put it all in a folder with a biz card slot. You can also include a personal letter to each editor/producer you’re sending it to
-one page questions and answers

Then make a list of media to send it to, then go!
