This is what you have to do to write a full-fleshed piece of work: write, edit, rewrite, edit, then write it all over again. You may have to do this several times/ It’s nothing personal and no indication of your inner talent. Most everyone has to go through multiple edits. Once you have finished your initial draft, re-read and edit for grammar, spelling, accuracy, and completeness. Also, does it express your writing style; how easy does it read to you. If it’s a non-fiction piece make sure your facts and references are complete.
